my knife seems to be blunt. What should I do?

It is possible that the knife was ground too finely that cutting firm food such as tomatoes and carrots is not possible. We recommend sharpening the knife briefly with a coarser whetstone. This way, the blade will be be able to cut harder food. If the knife is still dull after sharpening, please contact us using the contact form below and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Which items can I personalize?

Our giftbox and all our knives except the Gold&Ash Line can be personalized.

Please note that we can only engrave a maximum of 2 letters for the knives.

What is the material of the knife blade?

Our knives have different steel types based on its knife line. For the Aquamarine, Ruby, Abalone, and Gold&Ash knives, their blades are made of 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel. On the other hand, the Aristocratic Line knives are made of 89 layers of Damascus steel. Feel free to try one of our knives and let us know what you think.
